Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a 30kW liquid propane generator for the Minnetonka Cave Recreation Site in Idaho. The generator should have a power output of 30 kW, use liquid propane vapor as fuel, and have a voltage/frequency of 120/240 VAC, 1-phase, 60 Hz. The enclosure type should be NEMA 1, and the circuit breaker should have an amperage of 100A (2-pole). The generator will be used to replace an existing generator at the site.
• The offeror must provide a firm-fixed price quote for the generator and its delivery to the site.
• The offeror must also provide descriptive literature, such as illustrations or drawings, to demonstrate that the proposed generator meets the required specifications.
• The USDA requires delivery of the generator by September 28, 2026.
• The offeror must have an active entity registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
