Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, Sylvan Springs, Phase 1 Development

The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) is seeking a contractor for the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, Sylvan Springs, Phase 1 Development project. The project involves a 33.6-acre cemetery expansion to increase the burial capacity of the existing national cemetery. The scope of work includes construction of new national cemeteries, operation and maintenance of existing cemeteries, and provision of cemetery services to veterans and other eligible persons. The project requires a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concern. Key features of the project include: • Construction of pre-placed crypts and columbarium units • Installation of glazing and louvers • Provision of mechanical and electrical systems • Installation of plumbing and HVAC systems • Construction of roads and parking areas • Landscaping and site work The contractor will be responsible for completing the project within the specified timeframe and budget.
