Description
The Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA) is soliciting proposals for the fabrication of sixteen (16) Charge Readout Plane Support Superstructures (CRP-SSTs) for the Deep Underground Neutrino Experiment (DUNE) Vertical Drift (VD) detector. The procurement also includes options for up to two additional small CRP-SST frames, up to two additional large CRP-SST frames, and the cost of cleaning/degreasing the frames prior to shipment. The proposal should include technical and business volumes, with the technical volume providing detailed descriptions and capabilities for the main and sub-categories, and the business volume including a corporate profile, financial capability, and pricing information.
• The proposal should be submitted in two volumes: Technical Proposal (Volume 1) and Business/Price Proposal (Volume 2).
• The technical proposal will be point-scored by technical members of the Source Selection Board (SSB) based on the evaluation criteria.
• The business proposal should include a corporate profile, financial capability, and pricing information.
• The offeror should provide a Small Business Subcontracting Plan if they expect to submit an offer that will exceed $900,000.
• The offeror should confirm if the proposed item(s) meet the definition of a domestic end product as defined at FAR 25.003.
