Flooring of Three Areas within County Corrections

The Lancaster County is seeking bids for the flooring of three areas within the County Corrections facility. The project involves removing existing vinyl flooring and installing decorative Epoxy Quartz flooring in the Infirmary Room, Intake Room, and Police Room. The total area to be covered is approximately 3,727 square feet. The contractor must use a specific manufacturer, Tnemec Company, Inc., and follow the provided specifications for the flooring system. The project must be completed by June 30, 2026. • The bid shall be a lump sum price per line item, including labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project. • The awarded vendor must furnish the Owners with a Certificate of Insurance and associated endorsements. • The manufacturer of the product shall inspect and approve site preparation prior to applying the coating for accurate results. • The manufacturer is to warrant the floor system supplied will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one year.
