Description
The U.S. Navy’s Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) is soliciting quotations for ten (10) periscope outer tubes (NIIN 016340653) to be used in critical shipboard systems. The items are designated as Special Emphasis (Level I) material, requiring strict compliance with naval drawings, material specifications (SAE‑AMS‑QQ‑S‑763, Class 316), and a suite of certifications including hydrostatic pressure testing, intergranular corrosion testing, and traceability documentation. Contractors must possess an ISO‑9001 quality system (or equivalent MIL‑I‑45208), submit first‑article test reports, and provide a Certificate of Compliance. Delivery is required within 365 days of contract award, with certification data to be submitted to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard via WAWF.
