AJ11--Pharmacokinetic Studies

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information for pharmacokinetic studies of NPC86. The contractor will be required to develop an HPLC-MS/MS method for the quantification of NPC86 in mouse plasma and optimize an LC-MS/MS RGA2 method for the quantification of NPC86 in mouse tissues. The contractor will also be required to conduct a pharmacokinetic and biodistribution study of NPC86 by intranasal administration or intraperitoneal injection in the C57BL/6 mouse. The qualifications of the contractor's personnel shall require expertise uniquely suited to bioanalytical sciences and animal research.
