ON-CALL TRENCHLESS REHAB OF SANITARY SEWER/STORMWATER PIPE AND INFRASTRUCTURE

The City of Smyrna is requesting Proposals from qualified contractors to provide On-Call Trenchless Rehab of Sanitary Sewer/Stormwater Pipe and Infrastructure Services. The selected Contractor(s) will perform trenchless pipe rehabilitation work on an as-needed basis throughout the city. The scope of work includes CCTV inspections and cleaning, CIPP lining, spin cast pipe lining, and other related services. The contract term is for one year with the possibility of four annual renewals based on performance and funding. • The contractor must have experience with projects of similar scope and magnitude. • The contractor must possess all necessary licenses to perform work within the State of Georgia and corresponding jurisdictions. • The contractor must provide a brief synopsis demonstrating an understanding of project scope and vision. • The contractor must have qualified staff for CCTV inspections and experience working in urban/residential areas with special conditions and traffic control needs. • The contractor must provide a detailed approach to CIPP and spin cast lining, including equipment and safety procedures. • The contractor must provide at least three references for similar projects within the last five years.
