Richmond Community Schools is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive snow plowing, removal, and salting services for all school properties—including high school, middle school, elementary school, and bus yard—over a two‑year period (December 1 2026 through November 30 2028). The contractor must respond to snowfall of ≥1.5 inches, keep sidewalks clear before school start times, and maintain emergency communication with the superintendent.
