ARBOR BUILDING SUITE 110 and 140 RENOVATIONS

The City of Sandy is seeking a Design-Builder to renovate Suites 110 and 140 in the Arbor Building to accommodate the relocation of the Arts Division and Recreation Division staff. The project includes design development, construction, and finish selections, with the goal of creating functional, efficient, and secure work environments. The Design-Builder will be responsible for providing design services, construction services, and ensuring that the project meets the City's operational, aesthetic, security, and durability requirements. • The project will reconfigure existing spaces to improve workflow, enhance customer service areas, and establish a professional environment that reflects the needs and identity of each division. • The Design-Builder will provide design development, construction documents, and construction services. • The project timeline is approximately 225 days, with a completion date of March 1, 2027. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive minor irregularities. • The evaluation committee will consider factors such as Design-Build Team Qualifications, Understanding of Project Requirements, Project Team Qualifications, Schedule, and Cost Proposal.
