Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a contractor to provide a Pump, Fuel Meteringa, with a National Stock Number (NSN) of 2910-01-209-0933 and a manufacturer's part number of 2W0256. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the contractor must meet all the material requirements of the solicitation and be deemed responsible by the Government. The contractor will be required to provide supplies that are new, as defined in the clause, and meet all the contract requirements, including performance, reliability, and life expectancy.
• The contractor must provide a total quantity of the items in the solicitation.
• The contractor must meet one of the descriptions for an approved source.
• The contractor must provide supply chain traceability documentation.
• The contractor must comply with all the requirements of the solicitation, including packaging, marking, and shipping.
• The contractor must provide a price for the option quantity, assuming a proportional share of the option quantity to each destination.
• The contractor must meet all the responsibility criteria at FAR 9.104.
