Description
The project involves the restoration of the Tybee Pier & Pavilion, located at Strand Avenue and Tybrisa Street, Tybee Island, Georgia. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary permits, labor, materials, and equipment to complete the restoration according to current industry standards. The work includes replacing deck boards, providing hardware screws, and performing other tasks to restore the pier and pavilion to its original design and function. The project requires a one-year warranty against material and workmanship defects.
• Replace 650 = 2 x 10 x 20 CCA Deck boards
• Provide #10 x 3-inch stainless steel Quick Drive screws
• Perform demolition and disposal of debris
• Comply with local permitting requirements and testing
