Description
The City of Fayetteville is seeking a qualified contractor to perform demolition, asbestos abatement, lot cleaning, and debris removal across five separate parcels totaling approximately 9.6 acres. The contractor must secure all necessary permits, handle hazardous and non‑hazardous waste, and complete the work within a strict 30‑day window after receiving a Notice to Proceed. No subcontracting is allowed without written consent, and all pricing must include applicable taxes.
• Scope includes removal of rubbish, trash, furniture, mixed household waste, metal, tires, hazardous materials, carpet, building materials, vegetation, and any trees/shrubs under 3 ft diameter.
