Description
The United States Air Force is seeking information about qualified sources to deliver and install dorm furniture at Beale Air Force Base in California. The required furniture includes beds, mattresses, nightstands, desks, dressers, chairs, lamps, drapes, and tables. The contractor shall provide all labor, parts, materials, tools, supplies, transportation, and equipment to deliver and install the furniture. The contractor must also provide a minimum one-year warranty on all furnishings and miscellaneous items.
• The furniture should be constructed of solid wood with a matching espresso finish.
• The contractor should provide a capabilities statement, specifications sheet, and any applicable GSA schedules.
• The delivery and installation should be completed before the end of January 2026.
• The contractor should coordinate with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to schedule the installation.
• The government will not compensate costs for overtime unless otherwise authorized.
