The College Station Independent School District (CSISD) is soliciting competitive proposals from suppliers for Supplies, Parts, Equipment, and/or Services. The intent of this request is to establish a list of pre-qualified vendors that can best provide Supplies, Parts, Equipment, and/or Services upon the request of a campus and/or department. Proposers should submit discounts and/or rates for each individual category of supplies they can provide and indicate a "no bid" on the categories they do not offer. The contract term will be for a period of twelve (12) months, with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year terms.
Some of the key categories of supplies and services include: Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, General Building, Carpentry & Lumber, Paint, Welding, Grounds, Custodial, Vocational, Instructional, Signage, and Other.
The evaluation criteria will include pricing structure, vendor information/history, payment options, reputation and quality of goods/services, and other factors.
The district reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals and award to more than one Vendor if advantageous to the district.
Some key requirements for proposers include:
- Providing discounts and/or rates for each individual category of supplies
- Indicating a "no bid" on categories they do not offer
- Submitting a certificate of insurance
- Complying with all National, State, and Local codes
- Paying all applicable costs, fees, and permits
- Maintaining sufficient resources to work multiple jobs at the same time
- Ensuring that all work is done in a neat and orderly manner, in accordance with industry standards and/or required code.
The district also requires that proposers provide information on their company, including their catalog/website name, catalog year, and website link/catalog address.

The district will evaluate proposals based on the criteria outlined in the RFP, and will award contracts to the proposers that offer the best value to the district.
