Description
Missoula County seeks a qualified consulting firm to provide comprehensive public participation and engagement services for the update of its Comprehensive Plan covering unincorporated areas. The work includes developing a communications strategy, finalizing a participation plan, facilitating public meetings and mapping workshops, designing and administering surveys, producing graphics and cartographic deliverables, and delivering a detailed outreach report. The County will manage overall project coordination, while the consultant supplies in‑person outreach, strategic communication, and deliverable production on an as‑needed, phased basis.
• Strategy & communications plan development for growth and development topics.
• Facilitation of public meetings, open houses, mapping workshops, and small‑group sessions.
• Design, execution, and analysis of online and mail‑in surveys with statistical validity.
• Production of graphics, cartography, and digital content for the County’s “Missoula County Voice” portal.
• Comprehensive documentation and final outreach reporting.
