The South Carolina Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities is seeking a vendor to replace the front double‑door assembly at the Saleeby Center in Hartsville. The scope includes supplying a new 5‑ft × 6‑ft 8‑in hollow‑metal door, new hardware (operator, panic bar, hinges, astragal, sweep, weatherstripping, threshold, chime, etc.), ADA‑compliant accessories, painting, and removal/disposal of the existing door and hardware. The contractor must conduct a site visit to verify dimensions, provide all labor, tools, and materials, and complete the work in a single day during normal business hours.
