ASTM CUSTOMIZED COMPASS PORTAL SUBSCRIPTION

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with ASTM for a customized COMPASS portal subscription. The subscription will provide access to the Complete 15 volume Book of Standards, all Digital Library content, and selected AENOR/UNE European Normative (EN) Standards, ISO, and IEC Standards. The contract will be for a 1-year period with 4 option periods. • The customized COMPASS portal subscription is for accessing standards and digital library content. • The contract will be a firm fixed-price purchase order. • The government will consider responses received by 5:00 PM, EST, 26 Dec 2024. • Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement via email to [email protected].
