Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide 100 flags with specific design and production requirements. The flags must be produced using ANNIN Flags to match previously ordered stock, with a finish size of 4' x 6', and printed in 4 color on one side with Die Sublimation process. The vendor must attach a detailed quote letter and provide turnaround time after approved proof till delivery. The state awards bids on best price and value, considering factors such as past quality concerns and ability to meet requirements.
• The flags must have two brass grommets on the left side, top and bottom, with 1-1/2" reinforced fabric sewn edge.
• The flags must have a 4-color UV fade-resistant ink and NYL-GLO 100% Nylon Bunting material.
• The vendor must provide a PDF proof and hold pricing for 30 days.
• Only prequalified vendors will be considered.
