Description
The State of North Dakota is seeking a vendor (or joint‑venture) to design, implement, and support a new enterprise‑wide Financial Accounting System. The solution must replace the existing Microsoft Dynamics GP system, integrate with PeopleSoft, Northern Trust, and the Sagitec Neospin pension administration system, and support full GL, budgeting, AP/AR, fixed assets, cash management, and reporting—including ADA‑compliant ACFR generation. The contract will include implementation services, data migration of several years of historical data, ongoing support for at least 120 days post‑go‑live, and a possible multi‑award structure allowing separate contracts for implementation and solution provision.
