Citywide Sewer Conditional Assessment Project

The City of Anaheim is seeking a consultant to provide CCTV and reporting services for the Citywide Sewer Conditional Assessment Project. The project aims to update the city's inspection and conditional assessment program, which will integrate into the city's current GIS and inspection software. The selected consultant will be responsible for performing CCTV inspections, providing conditional assessment reports, and identifying "red flag" conditions. The consultant will also be required to coordinate with outside agencies for permitting and obtain any necessary permits. The project is expected to be completed within 60 months, and the consultant will be required to submit monthly progress reports and attend monthly meetings with city staff. • The consultant will be responsible for inspecting approximately 590 miles of sewer pipelines ranging in size from 6-inches to 33-inches. • The consultant will be required to use software approved by the city, currently GraniteNet, and provide NAASSCO Inspection training for city staff and consultant teams. • The consultant will be responsible for identifying "red flag" conditions and notifying the project manager and city operations team within 24 hours. • The consultant will be required to submit a detailed work plan and schedule, including a one-year schedule and specific work tasks. • The consultant will be responsible for coordinating with outside agencies for permitting and obtaining any necessary permits.
