Description
The City of New York Administration for Children's Services is seeking a responsible vendor to provide laundry cleaning services for various locations, including the Nicholas Scoppetta Children’s Center and two secure detention facilities. The contract term is anticipated to be from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2029, with the option to renew for an additional three-year term. The estimated total maximum available funding for the contract term is $925,988.00. The contractor will be reimbursed via a rate structure based on proposed rates.
• The contract requires the vendor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to perform laundry cleaning services.
• The vendor must comply with NYC Local Law 1 subcontracting goals, with a target M/WBE utilization goal of 30% African-American.
• A pre-bid conference will be held via Webex on December 22, 2025, but attendance is not mandatory.
• Bids will only be accepted through PASSPort, and vendors must have a PASSPort account to submit a bid.
