ARPA Compliance Monitoring and Oversight

The Department of Public Administration (DPA) is seeking to continue its contract with KPMG for an additional 3 months to complete ARPA SLFRF monitoring and oversight activities. The scope of work includes completing cluster 3 closeout readiness assessments, department closeout readiness attestation forms, delivering the final round of department fraud risk assessment workshops, and conducting ad hoc fraud investigations. The contract is for a short period, from January 27, 2027, to April 30, 2027, and the DPA believes that introducing an alternative vendor would be logistically impractical. • Closeout readiness assessments for 100+ ARPA SLFRF projects • Department closeout readiness attestation forms • Department fraud risk assessment workshops • Look-back assessment on SLFRF beneficiary programs • Ad hoc fraud investigations • General close-out activities for the contract
