Description
The Town of Needham is seeking bids for Aggregate Crushing Services. The successful bidder will provide crushing and processing of aggregate material. The contract will commence upon execution and end on June 30, 2026. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids as determined to be in the best interests of the Town and to waive minor informalities.
• The bid package is available on the Town's website and at the Administration Office of the Public Works Department.
• A pre-bid walkthrough will be held on March 25, 2026 at 10:00am at the Recycling and Transfer Station.
• Questions must be submitted in writing by April 2, 2026 at 5:00pm.
• Bids must be submitted by April 9, 2026 at 1:30pm.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest price.
• The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids as determined to be in the best interests of the Town and to waive minor informalities.
