The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for a minimum of 1,519 to a maximum of 1,860 gross rentable square feet of commercial storefront space in Stuart, FL. The space will be used as a recruiting office for the Armed Forces. The lease is for a five-year term with government termination rights, and a full-service lease is preferred. The government's space and service requirements are described in the attached documents. The lessor is responsible for all permits, drawings, constructing, operating, maintaining, and obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy for the leased premises.
