RFP 01-26 Landscaping Services

The Southeastern Public Service Authority (SPSA) is soliciting proposals for comprehensive landscaping services across its owned and operated properties located in several Virginia cities and counties. The work includes routine maintenance as well as seasonal enhancements to ensure aesthetically pleasing, safe, and environmentally responsible grounds. • Scope covers mowing, edging, shrub and tree trimming, weed control, planting, irrigation system maintenance, and seasonal clean‑ups. • Services are required for multiple jurisdictions: Cities of Chesapeake, Franklin, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, and the Counties of Isle of Wight and Southampton. • Contractor must provide a qualified crew, appropriate equipment, and adhere to SPSA’s standards for safety, environmental compliance, and responsiveness to service requests.
