Description
The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission to Armenia is designing an activity with the preliminary title of Strategic Communications Support Activity. The activity aims to equip the Government of Armenia with effective strategic communications systems, capacity, and practices. The Mission seeks market information as well as comments/recommendations on the draft Activity Description.
Key aspects of the activity include:
• Supporting institutional set up and talent management for streamlined strategic communication
• Ensuring institutionalized systems and capacity for data-driven information management to inform strategic communication
• Fostering citizen-centered strategic communications and public outreach
• Establishing a strategic communication system as part of the 2022-2024 Public Administration Reform (PAR) Strategy
• Aligning with the Government of Armenia's stated priorities and supporting the implementation of the PAR Strategy
