Description
The Snohomish County PUD is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and expertise required for the installation of 11 Ladder Safety Systems, including single point anchors, to match the system in use at the District's reservoir sites, removal of 1 ladder cage and intermediate platform, and replacement of 3 ladders. The location of this work is in various different locations in Snohomish County, Washington.
• The project includes the repair of all interior and exterior coatings damaged by the installation of items on the structure.
• The contractor must be currently on the District's Small Works Roster category "Installation of Fixtures, Fittings, and Equipment (FFE)" prior to bidding.
• The engineer's estimate for the project is $275,550.00.
• The contractor must demonstrate successful similar application of any alternate products in the Project area.
• The contractor must have experience performing the surface preparation and painting, and shall have completed at least five (3) water reservoirs of 500,000 gallons nominal capacity or more in the State of Washington within the past 5 years.
