Description
The Oklahoma City Veteran Affairs Health Care System (OKC VAHCS) is seeking information from authorized vendors to purchase a Hospital Communication System/Nurse Call Information Data Management Software System. The system should include connectivity to the Rauland Responder 5 (R5) nurse call hardware and provide a robust full disclosure archive of hospital trends. The vendor should provide all required hardware, software, and user interface requirements necessary to provide a fully functioning nurse call hospital communication software test solution.
• The system should include systems for connectivity to OKC’s Rauland Responder 5 (R5) nurse call hardware.
• The software should provide a robust full disclosure archive of hospital trends, including safety, call volume, and response times.
• The vendor should provide all required hardware, software, and user interface requirements necessary to provide a fully functioning nurse call hospital communication software test solution.
• The vendor should provide at a minimum the following Rauland Responder components: Single Patient Station, Duty Station, Code Station, Audio Pull-Cord Station, Waterproof Pull-Cord Station, 2-Jack Station, Domeless Controller, Branch Regional Controller, Power Supply w/ Battery Backup, Nurse Console, Staff Terminal, Bed Control Module, Corridor Light, Pillow Speaker, Wall Mounting Cabinet, and 8-Port Ethernet Switch.
