CAL FIRE is seeking a prorated extension of its existing ESRI Enterprise Agreement, including Premium Feature Services Level 3 support, to continue providing GIS software and premium support through September 30 2026. Vendors must submit a detailed quote covering license extension fees, applicable taxes, shipping, and e‑waste fees, and must provide all required certifications (SB/DVBE, civil rights, etc.). The solicitation is non‑mandatory, with a single submission deadline of May 5 2026, and award will be based on price with a small‑business/DVBE preference and a coin‑toss tie‑breaker if needed.
