The Cherokee Nation Businesses, LLC is seeking bids for furniture for the Catoosa Child Development Center. The scope of work includes delivery, assembly, installation of all items, and removal of all packaging materials. Bidders must submit their bids by email to [email protected] by December 1, 2025, at 10am CST. The bid must include the hourly rate, description of individual work effort, delivery schedule or completion timeline, and clear identification of any exceptions, substitutions, exclusions, additions, or qualifications.
• The bidder must supply all the information required by the RFP Documents.
• The bidder must furnish with its bid, a completed and signed Confidentiality and Business Relationship/Non-Collusion Representation.
• The bidder must provide certificates of insurance on an ACORD 25 or 25S form evidencing all available coverages.
• The bidder must give preference to Indian organizations, Indian-owned enterprises, and individuals as certified by TERO.
