GRP Membrane Replacement and Optimization

The San Jacinto River Authority is seeking professional services for membrane replacement and optimization at the GRP Surface Water Treatment Plant. The selected consultant will provide services including interpretation of membrane autopsies, demonstration testing, refinement of cleaning recipes, vendor negotiation, and coordination with regulatory agencies. The scope of work includes establishing a smooth transition to new membrane modules and improved system performance.
