Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments

The County is seeking a consultant to conduct Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for parcels and structures. The consultant will be required to prepare a Health and Safety Plan and may be required to conduct Phase I and Phase II ESAs, including field investigations and sampling. The consultant must have experience in environmental consulting and must be able to provide a team of professionals with the necessary expertise. The County will evaluate proposals based on the consultant's experience, qualifications, and approach to the project. • The consultant must have at least 5 years of experience in environmental consulting. • The consultant must be able to provide a team of professionals with the necessary expertise. • The consultant must have experience in conducting Phase I and Phase II ESAs. • The consultant must be able to prepare a Health and Safety Plan. • The consultant must be able to conduct field investigations and sampling.
