Renovation of Government owned house

The United States Consulate General in Guayaquil, Ecuador is seeking a contractor to provide housing renovation services for a government-owned house located in Via a la Costa, Guayaquil. The work required under this contract consists of providing all professional services, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the renovation project. The contractor must submit a detailed cost breakdown of the recommended services to be performed. The project must be completed in less than 30 calendar days from the date of commencement. • The contractor shall provide all project planning, renovation personnel, equipment, materials, tools, and supervision as needed to complete the services that meet the requirements. • The contractor shall be required to prepare and submit, before the related work commences, product specifications, drawings, project schedule in Gantt format, quality management plan, project safety plan, activity hazard analysis, hot work permit, and work costs. • The government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. • The resultant contract will be a firm fixed-price type contract.
