Description
The Regional Contracting Office-Soto Cano is seeking a contractor to provide self-generated flood light towers for rental at four locations in El Salvador. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, transportation, equipment, materials, and services to meet the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The period of performance is from 14-28 April 2026.
• The contractor must provide non-personal services and furnish all necessary items and services to provide light sets and related services.
• The contractor must provide a detailed technical plan that demonstrates how they will meet all requirements outlined in the Statement of Work.
• The government will evaluate offers based on price and technical merit, with the award going to the offeror who submits the lowest-priced quote that also receives an "Acceptable" rating for its technical plan.
