Description
The Town of Milton, Vermont, invites separate sealed bids for stormwater improvements located at Sawyer Ave and Bear Trap & Cadreact Road in Milton, Vermont. This project generally consists of the installation of stormwater infiltration chambers within the Town’s right of way and related activities. The project requires bidders to submit a bid form, bid bond or security, debarment and non-collusion affidavit, W-9, and certificate of insurance. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all bids.
