Parking Improvements at Windmill Park

The Banks County Government is seeking bids for parking improvements at Windmill Park. The project includes the installation of asphalt, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, storm drain, and other related work. The time of completion for the project is 30 consecutive calendar days from the date of the written "Notice to Proceed" from the owner. A bid bond is required with the proposal submission.
