Description
The City of Salem is seeking bids for the provision of hearing protection equipment. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. The successful bidder will be required to provide equipment that meets the specifications outlined in the bid document. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to negotiate with the successful bidder.
The bid document includes the following items:
- Moldex MX-6 # 6130 Earmuff NRR30 or approved equal
- Honeywell MXM-1 Uncorded Ear Protector Plug or approved equal
- 3M Classic Plus Corded #311-1105 or approved equal
- Ear Pod Plug, NRR32, 3M Skull Screws P1300, or approved equal
Bidders must submit their proposals on the form provided, and must include all required information, including product specifications, pricing, and delivery information.
