Soil Remediation Project Blue for Heron Park

The Town of Cutler Bay is seeking bids for the removal of arsenic-impacted soils from the Blue Heron Park. The project involves excavating up to 24,000 cubic yards of soil to a depth of approximately 3-4 feet, loading, transporting, and disposing of the soil at a licensed landfill facility. The successful bidder will also be required to import clean fill from a limerock quarry within Miami-Dade County. The construction must comply with the approved Source Removal/Soil Management Plan.
