Description
This solicitation seeks a qualified consulting firm to develop both business and technical requirements for Fairfax County’s new Pension Administration System (PAS) and to provide ongoing support throughout the procurement and implementation phases. The contractor will be responsible for translating county needs into detailed specifications, guiding vendor selection, and ensuring successful system deployment.
• Conduct comprehensive business analysis to capture functional requirements for the PAS.
• Develop technical specifications and system architecture guidance.
• Assist Fairfax County in the procurement process, including RFP development and vendor evaluation.
• Provide implementation support, change management, and post‑deployment consulting.
• Deliver documentation, training materials, and stakeholder communication throughout the project.
