FAX Maintenance Building Steam Bay Renovation

The FAX Maintenance Building Steam Bay Renovation project involves updating a partially operable maintenance lift by replacing it with a surface-mounted lift, backfilling the existing lift and pit, removing existing steps in the work area, removing unnecessary maintenance bay conduits and equipment, cleaning and repainting steam bay walls, and re-routing existing electrical and/or plumbing on the wall. The project requires a valid Class "B" Contractor's License issued by the State of California. The Engineer's Estimate of Cost for this project is $299,137.00. • Remove existing in-ground lift and upgrade to a surface-mounted lift • Remove unnecessary maintenance bay conduits and equipment • Clean and repaint steam bay walls • Re-route existing electrical and/or plumbing on the wall The project is expected to last 240 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
