Description
The State of Louisiana, through the Office of State Procurement, is soliciting bids for a mobile home to be delivered to the LDWF location at 5476 Grand Chenier Hwy, Grand Chenier, LA 70643. The mobile home must meet specific requirements, including being a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with a master bedroom walk-in closet and a 60" walk-in shower in the master bathroom. The home must also have a 2.5-ton A/C unit and be zoned for Wind Zone III. The vendor is responsible for delivery, but the agency will handle setup activities.
• The mobile home must be 16' wide and 80' long, including a 4' tongue.
• The home must have a detachable towing hitch, axles, and wheels.
• The vendor must provide drawings showing the layout and dimensions of the brand and model being bid.
• The mobile home must be beige or gray in color.
• The home must have a full knockdown ceiling finish, smoke alarms, and CO2 detection.
• The kitchen must have a stainless steel double bowl farm sink, a Frigidaire side-by-side stainless steel refrigerator, and a Frigidaire stainless steel range.
• The home must have a 50-gallon electric water heater and a programmable digital thermostat.
The State of Louisiana reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
