The project involves general construction to repair or replace existing sanitary sewer and storm systems at the Roseburg VA Medical Center. The work includes general construction, alterations, roads, walks, drainage, sewer, necessary removal and/or modifications of existing structures and construction, patching and finishing work, and certain other items in accordance with specification and drawings. The estimated magnitude of the project is between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Priced contract, and the award will be a best value procurement.
