Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to replace an underground storage tank at Launch Facility D-02 in Banner County, Nebraska. The project requires the contractor to provide all necessary materials and workmanship to complete the job in accordance with existing contract standards, codes, practices, and specifications. The contractor must be a 100% Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) and must be registered in SAM.gov. The proposal must include a bid guarantee, and the contractor must pay liquidated damages for each calendar day of delay until the work is completed or accepted. The magnitude of the requirement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
• The contractor must provide a bid bond with a penal sum of 20% of the bid price or $2 million, whichever is less.
• The contractor must comply with the Davis Bacon Act Wage Determination and provide a certified payroll.
• The contractor must provide a plan of action to attain a NIST SP Score of 110 if their current score is less than 110.
• The contractor must submit a proposal that includes all required documents, including a bid guarantee, a signed copy of the solicitation, and a WOSB certification.
