Horseshoe Drive, Whiteriver, AZ 85941, and delivery will be at Hwy 73 & 2 West Elm Street, Whiteriver, AZ 85941. The hours of operation for the Rick Lupe Building - Fire Management Facility are 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
