The property must be asbestos‑hazard‑free, meet seismic, ADA, California Building Code, and Title 24 requirements, be close to public transportation, and comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise regulations. Preference will be given to buildings that are LEED or Energy Star certified where cost‑effective.
