Y--Rifle (RFL) Substation Communications Tower

The project involves replacing an old and failing federally owned Rifle Microwave (RFM) building with a new Rifle Substation Communications Tower. The new tower will allow a microwave path to be established between the Rifle Substation and Sunlight Peak, avoiding the need to replace the RFM building.
