Description
This solicitation seeks a qualified Biological Resource Consultant to provide consulting services on miscellaneous projects that require expertise in both Navajo Nation Fish & Wildlife regulations and U.S. Fish & Wildlife regulations. The contractor will work directly with the Navajo Tribal Utility Authority’s Purchasing Department and must be able to deliver technical advice, compliance assessments, and related deliverables as defined by the Contract Administrator. Preference will be given to firms that hold Navajo Preference Priority Certification. No budget amount is disclosed; interested parties must request full scope and cost details before preparing a proposal.
• Provide biological resource consulting for projects across Fort Defiance, AZ, adhering to Navajo Nation and federal wildlife regulations.
• Submit two separate PDF files (proposal and cost) labeled exactly as instructed, electronically to the Contract Administrator.
• Preference awarded to Navajo‑owned or otherwise certified businesses; evidence of certification must accompany the proposal.
