Description
The South Carolina SFAA Procurement Services is seeking a vendor to provide a complete computer gaming system along with associated services. This includes design, installation, integration, maintenance, and support of a gaming platform tailored for state‑run facilities or programs. The contractor will be responsible for delivering hardware, software, and ongoing technical assistance to ensure reliable operation throughout the contract term.
• Provide a turnkey gaming system (hardware + software) that meets specified performance and security standards.
• Deliver installation, configuration, and integration services at designated state sites.
• Offer ongoing maintenance, updates, training, and technical support for the lifecycle of the system.
• Ensure compliance with state procurement regulations and provide detailed documentation and reporting.
