The Commonwealth of Kentucky is soliciting bids for the BP‑2 phase of the Kentucky Horse Park stall and mat replacement project. The scope includes providing and installing custom modular stalls and interlocking rubber mats in four new competition barns (Barn A – 100 stalls, Barn B – 100 stalls, Barn J – 84 stalls, Barn K – 84 stalls) and coordinating with the BP‑1 general contractor to achieve simultaneous substantial completion. Nine optional alternates are also listed. Bids must be submitted electronically through the state e‑Procurement system; hard‑copy submissions are not accepted. A site visit is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on 9 Nov 2026 at the Kentucky Horse Park. All bidders must be registered in the VSS system prior to the closing date.
