MOSQUITO CONTROL INSECTICIDES

The City of Baton Rouge, Parish of East Baton Rouge is soliciting bids for the provision of mosquito control insecticides. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The successful bidder will be required to provide insecticides for mosquito control, with delivery to be made on time to City-Parish final destinations within East Baton Rouge Parish. All freight charges shall be prepaid by the vendor. The City-Parish requires all products to be new and all work to be performed according to standard practices for the project. • The contract may be renewed at the City-Parish's exclusive option for two additional one-year periods. • The City-Parish reserves the right to award items separately, grouped or on an all-or-none basis and to reject any or all bids. • The contract will require the successful bidder to provide proof of insurance and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The City-Parish encourages the participation of Small and Minority and Women-owned businesses in all contracts or procurements. • The contract will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation, including the requirement for good faith efforts to utilize Small, Minority or Women-owned businesses as subcontractors.
